Warranty Policy
Here’s the warranty policy for Alder Furniture:
- Duration: Alder offers a three-year warranty on its home products and a two-year warranty on its office and chairs products from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
- Resolution of Defects: The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or rectify any component found to have a manufacturing defect, as determined by the company’s service representative.
- Service Timeframe: The Company will strive to provide service within a reasonable time frame, depending on the availability of required spare parts.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Marble and glass items
- Scratches, dents, or colour fading of fabric or leather due to normal wear and tear
- Damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or contact with substances like water or acid
- The cost of transportation or installation of the furniture to and from the repair centre
- Documentation: The warranty is not valid if the original invoice or warranty card is lost.
- Post-Warranty Service: After the warranty period expires, all services will be available on a chargeable basis.
