Warranty Policy

Here’s the warranty policy for Alder Furniture:
  1. Duration: Alder offers a three-year warranty on its home products and a two-year warranty on its office and chairs products from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

  2. Resolution of Defects: The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or rectify any component found to have a manufacturing defect, as determined by the company’s service representative.

  3. Service Timeframe: The Company will strive to provide service within a reasonable time frame, depending on the availability of required spare parts.

  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
    • Marble and glass items
    • Scratches, dents, or colour fading of fabric or leather due to normal wear and tear
    • Damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or contact with substances like water or acid
    • The cost of transportation or installation of the furniture to and from the repair centre

  5. Documentation: The warranty is not valid if the original invoice or warranty card is lost.

  6. Post-Warranty Service: After the warranty period expires, all services will be available on a chargeable basis.
