Duration: Alder offers a three-year warranty on its home products and a two-year warranty on its office and chairs products from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Resolution of Defects: The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or rectify any component found to have a manufacturing defect, as determined by the company’s service representative.
Service Timeframe: The Company will strive to provide service within a reasonable time frame, depending on the availability of required spare parts.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
Marble and glass items
Scratches, dents, or colour fading of fabric or leather due to normal wear and tear
Damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or contact with substances like water or acid
The cost of transportation or installation of the furniture to and from the repair centre
Documentation: The warranty is not valid if the original invoice or warranty card is lost.
Post-Warranty Service: After the warranty period expires, all services will be available on a chargeable basis.
