  • At Alder, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

  • FOR ALL PRODUCTS: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any change requests (other than damage or defective request). We request the customer or customer’s family member to be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.

  • At Alder Furniture Pvt Ltd, we do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival. The exchanged product will be the same as the product purchased by the customer.

  • Cancellation: Once booked, cancellation is allowed only within 48 hours of placing the order (there would be no charges applicable) after which the order will be shipped or before shipping the product from Alder Furniture Pvt Ltd warehouse.

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order post 48 hours, the customer must refuse delivery of the product. Once the refusal of the delivery has been confirmed, a refund will be initiated towards the product. During this refund, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount as per actuals.

  • If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the customer must send an email to [email protected] with images of the product within 48 hours of receipt. Once our quality team confirms on the issue, a replacement of that defective part will be initiated.

  • If the customer wishes for a refund for any other reason the customer must bear a fee of Rs 1500 for sanitizing, re-packing, quality checks and transportation for the same. Please note the return of the product in this case should be informed to the customer care within 48 hrs of delivery of the product

Return policy

  • We accept returns only in case of product damages on arrival

  • You should inform us of the receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Also take photograph of the damaged product & send mail to our customer care mail id [email protected]

  • Refund will be provided only in case a replacement or replacement part for the same product is not available. If a particular part is faulty then the that part shall be arranged and replaced.

  • The rectification of the damaged products during warranty will take around 10 Days from the time receipt of complaint and replacement will take up to 15 days from the receipt of complaint.

  • If we are not able the rectify the issue or replace spare part or replace the product then the refund will be processed in 10-15 days.

Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back in case of any damaged product received?

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, or the item is damaged or defective.

Cancellations:

By the Company

If the supplied product is found defective or for any other technical issue the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the option will be given to buy similar product .The difference amount has to be borne by the customer or will be refunded in 7-10 business days

Refund policy

  • Refund method shall be via cheque or NEFT transfer or transfer to the Credit Card/Debit Card from where the Payment had been made. The choice of the same shall lie on Alder Furniture Pvt Ltd. We shall notify the Customer of such a transfer through email and/or through phone.

  • Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refund process by Alder, to check on credit of amount in your account.

How do I initiate a return process/Cancellation process?

  1. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process.

  2. You can contact us by either sending an email to [email protected] or calling us at +1800-121-7700 (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

  3. You should inform us of the receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.

  4. Products returned without intimation to Alder as mentioned above will NOT be accepted and the same will be sent back to the customer and will not be processed for refund. The cost incurred to send such materials back will have to be borne by the customer

Exchanges
